Default PowerPoint Slide Image Size / Position

Hello,

I have Office 2016 and in PowerPoint, when I create slides I am sometimes pasting
data/table/charts from Excel (keep source format) and other times I inserting an a file (with an image) into the PowerPoint Slide. I wanted to ask if there is a way I can create a PowerPoint template, so that when I copy/paste the chart or insert the chart as an image file, that it will be a fixed (automatically adjusts) to a certain size and position in all the slides (so I do not have to go into each slide and adjust the size/position for each image). Thanks very much for any info.
