MP4 running PP

Working in Office 365 with 12 slides that have background music, animations and narration. I "Export" the PP and create an MP4 after recording the presentation. The total time is 9min and 37 seconds. However, the timing between sides can be 5 to 8 seconds...it's a lag/drag!!



When i record, i move between slides without delay...but get a delay.

a.) Is this PP?
b.) Is this an old PC!! (I hope...need a reason to update!!)

HELP!!!????
