Added font Poppins displayed incorrectly
Dear forum,
since February, Powerpoint will not display the Font Poppins correctly. All slides display a different font that warps the formatting. Powerpoint recognises it to be Poppins, however, in the font dropdown menu. If the presentation is PDFed, the font is partially displayed correctly. This is also dependent on whether we use our slide master - any deviations from master slides will show more problems when PDFed. In a short test, we found if only the original master slides are used without adjustment, the Poppins font will be displayed correctly on the PDF. If a Mac is used, the problem is much less prevalent. We have obviously tried reinstalling the font, but it did not help. As we are a company and this is our corporate style, it is rather urgent. We had to invest quite a bit in having an important presentation reformatted by a graphic designer. Any help is very much appreciated!! Could not find anything anywhere on the problem. Kind regards, Sandra |
