Printing question from returning user
It's been quite a while since the last time I prepared a PowerPoint presentation. Everything looks great and the software is as easy to use as I remember - except for one thing. I am hoping the problem is that I just don't know where to look.
It used to be really easy to choose how you want to print out the slides in a presentation. If you wanted your audience to simply have copies of each slide, one per page, you could do that. If you wanted to give them a handout with the slides on one side of the page and a space for notes on the other side, you could do that too! I do not see that option now (Office 2016). I found one view that I thought would be very helpful to have printed - Notes View. I could see each slide and the notes that went with it - great! I went to print it but it appeared that all I could do was print the individual slides - one per page, no notes. Is there any way to print Notes View in PowerPoint? For that matter, is there any way to print anything but one slide per page in PowerPoint? Thank you in advance for either telling me how to do it or, alternatively, for telling me to forget it - can't be done. |

Never mind. I found the place on the Print screen where you can select which view you want to print, right below the place where you choose whether to print all the slides, a single slide, or a custom range.
