Gluing/connecting connectors to shapes in PowerPoint using VBA
Hello, I am hustling to find a way where I can glue or stick connectors to shapes. Which can also be said like, changing dynamic connectors to static connectors. So that when a shape is moved connectors stick to that shape and adjust accordingly. Please help I did lot of research was unable to find a way. Many solutions were on visio which I am not using. This is the case I am trying to achieve, but by uisng VBA: Not Found Thought this would help us to start: Page not found - Stack Overflow 404 - Content Not Found | Microsoft Docs I am working on it as well, if I find a solution I will update the feed. Thank you. |

Aren't the ppt connectors of any use?
(demo attached) (sorry, demo was too large, had to replace with just the slide - you can find the connector in Insert > Shapes > Lines > Connector-Elbow) |

Hello,
Yeah they can be used. But, when working on numerous connectors that seem like they are connected to the shapes but actually they are not connected to connection points. I would like to automate this task by running a macro. For example, as shown in picture they are two connectors one is connected(green points) to connection point and other isn't. When this happens with numerous connectors, it could be effective to run macro..I guess. Please share any thoughts or insights on it. Thank you. |

Okay, now I understand. Sorry, I can't help you on that one. Last time I ever used macros you could record them, which it seems is no longer the case. Hope someone else can help you out!
