VBA - turn "bolded" text into Headlings font
Hi,
In a lot of presentations I receive from my colleagues, they simply pressed the "B" button to bold text. Though our guidelines say to use the "Headings" font, and not bold text via the "B" button... Quite often, the text boxes contain bolded as well as normal text. As you can imagine, going through an entire presentation and changing bolded text into the proper "Headings" font is quite time-consuming. Is there a way to use VBA to automate this process? I know it's possible to run through all slides / all shapes in a presentation and run an IF ... THEN. But I don't know how to do this on a per-word-basis. Is this possible at all? Many thanks for your help! |
