Question PPT Video

Hi,

I want to put a presentation on to a USB to display on a monitor. I understand that I can export the PPT to video. Because there is a short video as part of the presentation, is there any way to play the whole video before the slide moves on when saved as an mp4? It seems to kind of work but only plays the 5 seconds which the slide transition is set to. I dont want to set the transition of each slide to the full length of the video as that is way too long

Thanks in advance
AliG

Instead of setting the 'seconds spent on each slide' in the 'Create a video' window, you can set all slides to 'Advance Slide: After ...' in the Transitions tab and add timings per slide.

Or you could run 'Rehearse Timings' in the Slide Show tab; that way for each slide you can click whenever you feel the slide should advance. At the end of the Rehearse Timings session you can save the timings.

In both cases, when creating your ppt video make sure that 'Use Recorded Timings' is selected.
