How to bend a straight line with morph
hello everybody, I have this slide where I have a box land on a straight line. When the box touches the line I need this last to bend because of the weight of the box. Using the morph transition I have the box fall on the line... but I cannot find a way to continue this animation into actually bending the line... can anybody suggest something?
Thanks for any help |

I don’t think you can get realistic looking animated line bends using the ‘Morph’ feature.
You can move objects from one position to another, but using a straight line/curve and bending it with the Morph doesn’t work for me. Perhaps I’m not doing it right. However, using conventional, time-consuming methods do work – slides with incremental changes in each slide and made to appear after a short time period. Something like this, created in Powerpoint 2016: |

How to bend a straight line with morph
Hi Moonshine, thank you for the reply.
Yes, what you have done is exactly what I need to achieve. Any chance that you can share the animation? |

With pleasure - I have attached the Presentation. Hope it helps you out.
Note: slide 2 does use a motion path. |
