Can you change default slide transition times when saving as MP4

I am saving a PPTX as an MP4 file to put on my TV network. The PPTX file has no timers set in the presentation itself. The default time for slide transitions in the MP4 file is 10 seconds. Is there any way to increase the slide duration so the when I save the PPTX as the MP4 file the transition times will be longer.
