Savable interactive features, trigger or drop down lists
Dear all,
I am trying to make a PP-presentation where I need an interactive feature. I need to create a feature which can be used to indicate the status of a number of cases, kind of like a traffic-light showing green if performance is good and red if not. I use the presentation continuosly, both in presentation mode and in edit mode, which is were my challenge arises. I also share my presentation tool with others, making simplicity key. I tried using the trigger function, but it seems it will always go back to the "default" value when presentation mode is exited. Is there a way to "lock" the status chosen in presentation mode when the presentation mode is stopped and PP is shut of and then re-opened. I also tried to create a drop-down list using VBA where I just plot the inputs "good performance" and "not good" to be choosen from, this works perfectly. However, I need to be able to copy/paste the drop-down list, which doesn't seem to be that easy. I was wondering if there is a way to "free" the drop-down list from the makro once it has been made to make copying possible. I am quite new to VBA, which this last part might show to some extent. I hope that some of you will be able to see a good solution, thank you! |

All animations reset to the starting value when you close a presentation. There is no way arount this. Coding is the only option I know.

Thank you for the fast response. Do you happen to know if it is then possible to make a generic code that will allow for a combobox to be copied?
