Default MP4 - H.264 video first frame has a slight colour shift.

I have come across this problem - MP4 - H.264 video first frame has a slight colour shift. It makes it hard to match up to embedded graphics? It is happening on both mac and PC is there any advice for this issue please?

Thanks
