For my construction phasing i tried to make such arrow, arrow with circle and fence line (red) as highlighted in blue but no success.
Anyone can help me that how to make/send these 3 animations in ppt? I would be grateful.

You would need to use the shape combine tool to make these. It's a bit too complex to explain here but some Googling should help.
