Directory Where PPTX Templates Are Stored
I'm considering going out on the web to hunt for some FREE 3rd party PPTX themes, and templates, but I don't know where to install them once I find them. BTW, I'm using Win7 Ent. 64Bit of course. MS Office Ver. 2016. Thanks, UB |

If you go to File > Options > Save
It will tell you where Personal Templates should be. You can change the location but I would just accept the default |

Thanks for the help John. I finally figured it out. Actually, there was nothing in the field that you mentioned. So, what I did was do a search for the potxfile extension and that brought up all the templates. Then, when I tried to create a new file from the templates it gives me a choice between the MSoft templates and choosing my own. THAT'S where I'm depositing the dozens of new templates I found yesterday.
Thanks again, UB |

***Moderators*** I diligently tried to find the button to click on indicating my issue was solved, but I couldn't find it. Pls let me know what/where it is when you do click it.
