I have Office 2010 on one machine and Office 365 on others.

I need to find out keyboard short cuts for these things:

- How to bring up the 'Format Shape' floating window.
I want to adjust the size, position and location of an object.

- How to arrange things - like lining up the left and distributing vertically evenly.



- How to arrange something completely to the back.
I found one shortcut: Ctrl [
This moves back one level.
I want something that moves completely to the back AND completely to the front of everything.

Before posting, I did so much googling and got sick and tired for not being able to find an answer!

I* am happy to remember keyboard shortcuts that access the menus - like pressing the Alt key first for example.
