Default Can't get Camtasia add-in to load in PowerPoint

I have recently purchased Camtasia 2018 and came across a video tutorial that showed there is a PowerPoint add-in but I cannot get it to load no matter what I try.

My process has been to ensure that both programs are up to date and I started with a new cold boot of my computer. I started Powerpoint and opened a test file. I then went to File - Options - Add ins. I went to the drop down menu at the bottom of the screen and selected disabled items and then hit go. I don't get anything returned in the disabled items box.

I have fought with this for several hours and give up. I am attaching a copy of the Powerpoint options and Camtasia preferences. I am hoping that someone can give me some sort of assistance.

Thanks

Edit: For some reason my screen captures aren't showing at this time.

Do you not have an Add-Ins tab to reveal the Record button/options when clicked?

The add in tab does not show in my power point. The process that I explained earlier is what I read online in order to get that to show. There was another method that says to select power point add ins and then you get an empty box which you can select add new but I'm not sure what I am to be navigating to and selecting on this.

If the Add-in tab is not showing, close PP, and try going to the Control Panel > Programs and Features > Camtasia 2018 > R/click > Change > Modify > Make sure PP is Enabled.
Open PP for a comparison.
If that doesn't work, a Repair might help.

I note you are using a 64-Bit version of Office 2010 - there might be an issue there regarding the PP Add-in?

There’s this Youtube video to show you where to enable the Add-in if it has been disabled:
