Default Powerpoint Question, Slide SHow stop on mouse click

I set up a system for a customer. I am driving two monitors, one SVGA one HDMI. They have created a PP presentation to run on the HDMI monitor and they would like to do work on the PC using the SVGA monitor as the presentation loops. THey report that every time they click on something the PP presentation stops.

Is there a simple way to disable this and allow the presentation to run regardless of what else the PC is being used for? One solution I considered was converting the presentation to a movie file format, but am wondering if there is something obvious I am missing. I told them to try Kiosk mode and they report is did not work.

Thanks!
