I used to be able to insert a full document by clicking the insert tab, and insert file, or right click between slides to insert a document such as meeting minutes. Then I could print the PowerPoint for the board books, including the minutes in their entirety. I understand the insert Object and being able to open the document from the PowerPoint. What I need is for the document to print out as part of the PowerPoint presentation. Not sure what happened to that wonderful feature but it saves having to insert separate documents in a board book, like the minutes.
