Play music continuously through a looped intro

I want to create a looped intro for my presentation with 4-6 slides with a transition of 10 seconds between slides. I have a soundtrack I want to play that is up to 30 minutes long that will start automatically at the start of the intro, however I want it to continue playing continuously (i.e. not restarting each time the intro loops each 40-60 seconds) until I hyperlink out of the intro and into my main presentation. Any ideas?
