Making Jeopardy-like game - need assistance

Hello... I'm making a Jeopardy like game in PowerPoint for work... I've got the hyperlinks and such...

Here's my only question - is it possible to make a category amount (i.e. Category 1 for 100) disappear once it's been selected?

Right now, the hyperlink changes colors but it's still there... is there anyway that it can be invisible or covered with something else?
