Default Combining ppt presentations

I have several simple slide shows- song lyrics with pictures in the background. Each one is a stand alone PPT presentation (because each one represents one song). The other day someone asked me if I could send him the PPT songs, but all combined into one long PPT. I have a folder with 8 PPT presentations in it, but I haven't found a way to place them all into into one new PPT presentation without opening each one in a separate window and dragging the slides manually. This will take me forever!

I looked online and found some little funky PPT joiner program. It requires going into DOS and doing some funky things that I would rather not mess with.

Things I've tried: Inserting the ppt files as objects. Didn't do what I wanted. I tried the review feature in PPT 2010 and tried to merge a new ppt. It didn't work for some reason. It seems to me that it should be very simple to make 8 ppt files just merge into one long PPT. There should be an "insert ppt files" button or something...

Hi there,

Good news! You can combine multiple presentations without having to open them all. Check out this article from the Office help page: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/po...753.aspx?CTT=1.

Cheers,
