I have an image with a text box description. The 2 items are merged togehter as 1 object.
I would like to resize the whole object, however, when scale down the font of the text does not adjust auto.
Is there a way to prevent or solve it?

as you can see the text box are no more aligned.

Try selecting both image and text > COPY

Then PASTE as a PNG image.

Have you tried making the text shrink automatically when downscaling?
Right-click text box > Format Shape > Text Box > Shrink text on overflow
