Can we update Chart in PPT based on a table in the excel and the table is part of the Chart Data

Hello! Is it possible for me to update the chart from the separate table shown in the picture? The data is dependent on the the table in excel and the workbook is embedded in PPT. However, I am not sure how to bring the table outside the excel and display it on the powerpoint. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
