How to make the "typing sound" in PPT 2016

I know I've used this effect before, but I can't remember where or how to get to it.

Also, I'd like to use the character animation of putting up 1 character at a time while the typing sound is playing, but now that I mention it is there a writing on chalkboard effect? I looked all over for the "logical" places but couldn't find anything.
