This JUST started this week - but when I use my Office 365 Office PowerPoint software to convert a PowerPoint to a PDF (export), the letters I have applied 'outlines' to in "Format Shape" look great in the PPT, but once converted, the outlines swell up to huge widths in the PDF.
What I am seeing is that the PPT "Format Font" is NOT SHOWING any fonts in the pull down menu listing - even though they are there in the screen itself (file screen / window) I have tried: * Re-downloading the entire Office Suite * Re-loading my fonts into MS Office * Deleting the file and recreating in a new slide * Used MacKeeper to clean up my computer * Turned off and turned back on my computer My husband (super IT genius) worked on the issue for hours The ONLY work-around I can get the PDF to come out clean is to sign into the MS Office ONLINE and upload the document and then download a PDF conversion. I tried to upload the screen shots here but the program is not liking the dimensions or files sizes. Anyone else encountering this issue with PowerPoint conversions to PDF files? |
