add a horizontal guide based on vertical guide
Hi,
I managed to delete all guides in PPT 2016 (both vertical and horizontal). I verified the whole desk, i.e. also by reducing the view zoom to a minimum, but there is indeed no guide left. How can I now readd a guide to this particular presentation? One more question: when having left e.g. 1 last vertical guide, how can I add a horizontal guide based on this vertical guide (with other words: is there a possibibility to switch a vertical to a horizontal guide, and vice versa)? Thanks. Mat Edit Mod : post related to https://www.msofficeforums.com/power...one-exist.html Last edited by Pecoflyer; 03-02-2018 at 08:47 AM. Reason: Added link |

Probably MSFT's worst GUI ever!
If you have no guides try this unlikely solution. Right click and empty area and "Grids and Guides Uncheck show guides and OK (don't forget to OK) Now go back check it and OK again You cannot change a vertical guide to a horizontal one. You can ADD a new guide and delete the first one by right clicking on a guide. |
