Default Actions assistance

I only have half of this figured out.

I want to have a collection of graphics/icons on a slide, and i would like to actions to occur.
1. Clicking on the icon goes to another slide.
2. Clicking on the icon changes the icon to another icon.

The first works fine. The second I can't figure out how to do, or should I assume it can't be done?

If it helps, the icon for each of the original icons can change to one specific one.

You can change the icon when Clicking it by adding animations (Appear/Disappear), and using trigger.
Please check the attachment file, and don't forget to see the (Animation Pane) to see how it works!.
