Hi I'm trying to lock my ppt so anyone using it can't edit it in any way. I can mark it as "final" which won't stop them from editing it. It looks like my version of Office 365 (I pay for this) doesn't have "Restrict Permission by People" in File>Info>Protect Presentation. It must be there somewhere. Any ideas?

When you save as there is a Tools drop menu.
![]() In General options you can add a password to modify. This is not super secure but will stop most people. |

Thanks again. And Save>Browse was the way... some things are so obvious I don't see them

Actually that Browse thing is not obvious at all. I hate it!
