Powerpoint hangs/freezes when 'Picture" "Insert" is clicked.
I was so frustrated, that I bought a new 365 set so I could resolve issue. On phones with tech for hours getting nowhere. Program open OK, if I click on insert, then on pickture. It hangs and eventually says it has to close because of an error. Help!!!
