Default Menu Page for Self Playing Disc???

Hello. I'm wondering if it is possible in Powerpoint to put a presentation on a disc and then also have a menu on the disc whereby you can choose from three different powerpoint presentations.

Thank you!

On vista there is the Windows DVD maker which gives you lots of options. But the free version not associated with Microsoft that I use on my XP machine is Nero. You can download the program here.
