Question PowerPoint 2013-Position and formating of Notes Text Box

I have several situations where people need to print the Notes pages from presentation I've built.Too often they tell me the Notes text box either:
  1. Drifts upwards and covers the slide graphic
  2. When printing the slide doesn’t auto create an overflow page for all of the notes the notes.
I've checked the Notes Master > Format Shape > Text options and all looks fine, including selecting the option for to Resize Shape to fit text.
I've printed and it looks fine. Then someone will print and experience a problem again. What settings can I use to ensure the printer values won't change regardless of the users printer settings, without using a PDF?
