Question Transition of PowerPoint presentation to http

Hello,

I am interested to know if there is some module/program in the market that would be able to act as a full functioning "viewer" for pptx files on a website.
It is important that all hyperlinked object would be still accessible, so it is not possible to convert pptx to pdf.
Another very serious limitation is that all the files are stored in are in local network, so they can`t have access to internet. So basically making the very popular solution "Google Docs viewer" not suitable.

Hoping that there could be a solution for this problem. I would be very grateful for any kind of help.
