Default Morph transition not available?

Is there a way to obtain the Morph transition in PPT2016 if it is not shown in the Transitions tab?

Also: if we apply the Morph transition, will it be visible to other PPT2016 users?

We have an Office 365 subscription, I updated today and have now Version 1612 (build 7668.2074).

Many thanks for your ideas!

The version you have should definitely have morph IF you are sure you have a subscription version of 365 / 2016. Does it say "Subscription Version" in File > Account?

Only people with versions that can apply Morph can currently play that transition (other will get a Fade)

Thank you for the quick reply, John!

The licensing information does mention 'Subscription Product' and 'Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus'.

That's weird because we have pretty much the same version (both 32 and 64 bit) on Windows 7 and both have Morph. Do you have Designer and Highlighting?

You might also want to check in Updates which channel you are on though all should have Morph by now I think.

Also worth checking you are not in compatibility mode.

Hello John,

- Since we have Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus, I guess we're on the default Deferred Channel - can I check that? I don't see it in the Update Options ...
- I'm not working in compatibility mode - if I was, I guess it would say so in the top area of the program?
- Attached you can see the available transitions.

Have a nice weekend!
Kindest regards,
Judith.

If you are on deferred it would say so where mine says Current Channel. Can you post a screen shot like mine. Morph has been around a while I would think even deferred would have it but you can switch to current unless you have an IT Admin that has blocked it.

Hi John,
Please find the screenshot enclosed. Strangely enough it now says 'Professional Plus 2016' where when I last checked it said '365 Pro Plus'.
I haven't run the version switch yet, wanted to send you the screen first.
Many thanks!
Kind regards,
Judith.

That's not a subscription version Judith and it won't have Morph.

I was afraid you might conclude that from the screen I sent :-)
We do have a 365 subscription here at our company - inexplicably my account now says '... 2016' where it before said '365 ...'
Should this change back I will send you an update of my screen.

In the meantime I want to thank you so much for your time and your answers!

Kind regards,
Judith.

Default Morph transition missing

I have an Office 365 subscription. I am using PowerPoint version 15.35. The Morph transition does not appear as an option. I am very keen to use it, but wonder why it is not visible? Any ideas? My version is shown below.

Terry

Thanks. I suspected that. I don't understand this as I have an Office 365 subscription and have installed it. Why has it not appeared as default?

I'm not really a Mac specialist BUT

If you had a non subscription version previously it can be difficult to remove the license information in mac office and you will keep getting the old version back

Google for completely remove mac office 2016 and carefully do EVERYTHING. There are also mac programs to completely remove programs but again I am no expert. AppZapper comes to mind but i haven't used it and it is not free.
