That's weird because we have pretty much the same version (both 32 and 64 bit) on Windows 7 and both have Morph. Do you have Designer and Highlighting?
You might also want to check in Updates which channel you are on though all should have Morph by now I think.  Also worth checking you are not in compatibility mode.
