Default Data Set Display Size - PP 2007

Is there any way to increase the size of what the data set initially displays when a graph is double clicked? I have graphs that are 12 month rolling totals. When I do the next mont and open the data set it shows 5 or 6 columns. I'd like it to open as 13 or 14 columns so I don't need to slide to the month I want or expand the size of the data set window. My daughter uses Office 2007 and when I sent her the file it opened the data set to where she could see everything. I've gone through the menus and don't see a way to control this in 2003. Is there a way?

Thanks
