How to remove notes
My students are asking that I upload my PowerPoint slides in pptx-format (instead of pdf, which I normally do) so that they can enter their notes to every single slide.
However, I do not want to give away my notes and it seem like a lot of work for me to delete every single note. Therefore, is there a batch or macro which can delete every note in my presentation? Thank you in advance! |

You don't need a macro to do this.
File > info > Check For Issues > Inspect Document. The last entry is Notes Inspect and you will have the option to remove them. Obviously make sure you retain a copy WITH your notes. |

Thank you so much. Exactly what I needed!
Not sure if it is required - or even possible - to mark this thread as solved/answered. Last edited by Krs; 09-10-2016 at 03:19 AM. Reason: spell correcting |
