Update date once and have it appear in numerous locations
I am currently working on a dashboard within power point which stupidly has the date appear at least 20 times throughout the dashboard, this is a request from my Senior manager and its how they want the data presented.
I am hoping to find an answer to be able to update the date once, and it auto update all of the date locations throughout the document. I know within excel that this is possible but am struggling to find a solution for Microsoft Powerpoint. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Easiest way would be to create a custom layout that had a textbox for the date and only apply it to the relevant slides. It would have to be in the same position on each slide.
If it isn't code is the only way and may not be appropriate in your situation |

I really appreciate the response John. I have just started a new role and am just trying to improve some old business processes. A simple find and replace will do the trick also.
