Default Powerpointpresentation rendered to mp4 upload to Vimeo gives strange transitions

Dear Powerpoint Wizzards!

Already 3 times I rendered this Powerpoint presentation (in the link below) to mp4 and uploaded that mp4 to my Vimeo Plus account. But it seems some transitions overlap eachother in the lower half. The transitions are set standard to 13 sec. each spread and 0,01 sec for the (non-animated) transition to the next spread.

I really am desperate how to solve this enigmatic problem!!

Please keep in mind I only am a middle-aged illustrator from the former century, I am not good in digital techniques except from drawing in Photoshop, making animated gifs from them and making animations in Powerpoint. I have this free storysite, where I present these vimeo movies as digital picture books for children.

Best wishes,
Magda from Amsterdam

What minute, second in the animation does it occur? I converted Powerpoint slideshows into videos and my problem was this - https://vimeo.com/161348511/c529a947d2 - certain frames were omitted during conversion of the video - by Vimeo - to its own standards ... Show the moment when the flaw occurs, as it might be the same as mine was, and the solution I came up with, is first convert the PowerPoint created video (30.303 fps) to 60 fps - in that case the conversion by online video sites as Vimeo, Youtube to 30 fps doesn't omit any frames and so no jitter in the video.

I used Handbrake and the codec I converted to was .x265 - not x.264, as is more modern and significantly more reliable;
