Angry Custom Animation Menu

My standard custom animation menu in Powerpoint 2003 (service pack 3) has been replaced by a different (less options) custom animation menu (see attachment).

Anybody know how to get the standard one back?

This is a work PC so something that I don't require admin right to do would be most helpful.

Smile Custom Animation Menu - Solved

My I.S. department got it fixed for me. For some reason our company default is to disable "New Animation Effects" (Options - Edit tab).

A quick unclick of the check box and I was good to go.
