Default Editable text box in master slide not appearing once closing master slide mode

Hi,

I'm currently creating a PowerPoint that needs to have some fields ediatble with custom prompt text like "Type your project name in this box".

I do this via the Master Slides, and everything seems fine. After closing the Master View pane though there is no text box. Go back into the Master View and its all fine.

There is no overlapping shapes or anything, I've checked.

Thanks
