still image before video
I'm using Powerpoint 2010. I inserted a video (.mp4) on the first slide of a presentation and set it to autorun when i start the presentation. However i notice there is a still image of the first visual image in the video. first 2 seconds is fade in from black. so when i play the video, the still image shows and then the video plays. Why is it doing this. I didn't put the still in there and it's not there when i play the video in VLC. I'm guessing powerpoint is doing it. Anyone know how to remove that? TIA Lance
