Default Can I use the first letter of each of my sentences to create a bullet point?

Hi

I would like to create a slide where the first letter of each statement is the bullet point and then when I grey it out the letter stays.

e.g

I mproving
M anaging
P reparing
R eflecting
O perationalising
V alidating
E mbedding

Then I would like the text other than the bullet point to disappear so that the viewer can see the word IMPROVE spelling.

I have managed to get the bullet points to behave by selecting each bullet point and formatting it.

However how do I stop the bullet letter now disappearing or fading as I try to fade the text when I move from one discussion point to the next?

Don't think this is possible with normal (custom) bullets. You might be able to use two placeholders like this.

You would probably want to be more accurate than my quick demo!
