How can our designer create a presentation we can edit?
Let me start by saying that we are all running Powerpoint 2010; however, my designer is running on a mac while the rest of us are on PCs (if that even matters for issues other than fonts).
Our designer has created an entire presentation with our company's branded theme and look, including several charts. We need to edit the data in this presentation on a daily basis and submit to our customers. We have font issues that I think I can work around but every time we try to edit the charts we get the following error message: "To edit this chart using the features available in this version of PowerPoint, you must first convert it to the latest format." If we convert it revert's the chart's design and if we edit existing it also reverts the chart's design. We've tried exporting his project as a theme and a template and nothing works (well other than each of us recreating everything from scratch.)
What steps do we need to take to create a PowerPoint with a custom theme/design that can be edited by multiple people without issues?
