Default One Excel file for an entire Power Point presentation?

Hello Everyone!

I am working as an sales specialist in a multinational company. Recently I got task to create data driven Power Point presentation after every month, for every client. My predaccesor used to do it all manualy, so he had one template and was manualy updating charts on each slides. For all of the clients it takes hours.

I thought maybe tehre is a way to create one spreadsheet with all the data (value sales by month, volume sales by month, sales by packages and so on and so forth.

Basically one spreadsheet to rule that can change all 20 charts in the presentation?

Can you guys help me with that?

Cheers,

Alek
