Default Excel OLE Object in PPT - Shrinks

Hi. I am trying to insert an excel file as an OLE object in to a PPT. When I am double click & open the excel file in PPT, and again move back to PPT, the excel file is getting smaller/Shrinks. Please find the attachment.

Though I am not sure about the root cause of this issue, we are working on a workaround now as it is critical task.

I am trying to add a macro thru an add-in to maximize (undo) the excel file to original size. But this is not working when we rename the PPT.
We are using this file as a template. So any instance or copy of this template should also work.

Could someone help me on this? Any workaround or alternate solution?

Thanks in advance.
