Can anyone kindly tell me how I can insert a stripe like the one attached using Powerpoint?

First draw a straight line then:



Then you can make it taller or smaller as you like.

You just need to go to Slide Master View and change the fill on the Title shape. If you need the white line in the PDF you will need to resize it and also add a rectangle with the same fill on the relevant layout
