Default Font size showing different (some superscripted??) but tools show its the same size?

morning. I have a strange problem. I created a template for my clients in MS PPT 2013.

the font is not a standard font and so it embedded.

when they sent the filled in template back, the fonts are showing in two completely different sizes? It seems the first few words are being super scripted.

I have uploaded a screenshot here:

Can anyone advise me why this is happening and how I can stop it?

There's no formatting on the type in the masters? I would start by checking all of the template instances of the font and see if there's no formatting going on somewhere.

Afternoon PPT Lover, Thanks for your reply.

I dont have the text set in a master template - but in my ignorance I am not sure I am understanding what you are referring to.

I have attached CV Template supplied.pptx which is how I sent it to my client.
Then I have attached CV Template 1 (1).pptx which is how she says it is coming out on her side.

She has the font installed on her computer

CV Template supplied.pptx

CV Template 1 (1).pptx

Its very strange. If you could help, that would be super awesome

Thanks

I was hoping that it was an easy thing like a text place holder on your slide master was sending some formatting information to your text box on the slides, but it's not that simple.
I don't see a reason for why this is happening, I know it's easily fixed and I'm not sure it has anything to do with the font since if you change the font the superscript formatting remains even on new bullets.
To fix it select all of your text and either right click for format Font... or click the down arrow in the lower right corner of the home > font ribbon section and deselect superscript. It not only removes it from the selected text but removes the formatting for the box so new bullets are formatted without Superscript.
I suspect something was pasted from a pre-formatted bit of text and it is causing these superscript issues.

Thanks so much for having a solid look at this. I have sent the manual quick fix suggestion to my client.

The blessing and the curse of ppt is that once you send off a template, anyone can do anything with it!

thanks again
