Apologies if this been asked before but I searched and couldn't find anything.
I'm sure this option exists in Powerpoint but I can't find it and it's driving me mad. I'm looking to fit five lines of text to a rectangular shape so it aligns exactly. See example below of what I'm trying to achieve. For reference, I'm running Powerpoint for Mac 2011, version 14.2.3 for Mac OSX. Can anyone please help me? I'd be very grateful. Thanks in advance! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Try:
Ctrl Click the shape Choose Format Shape Choose Textbox Set Resize shape to fit text and top and bottom internal margins to zero. |
