Default Every single time I play my slideshow the timing is different. I have narration laid over it. Why?

I have a single 45 min audio clip and 45 slides. Evey single time I play the slideshow, the timing is different. Why doesn't it just do what it is supposed to do? Trying to release as youtube video. Why is this happening, please?
