Default PowerPoint 2013 and Image Stacking

I am trying to create two stacks of images on one slide. Each stack will have 20 images each. Basically two decks of cards; when the mouse is over a stack and you scroll, it changes the images as you scroll. (It sounds confusing but its hard to explain). These images are of a CT and an MRI of the neck. I am trying to lay the images on top of each other so that when you scroll, it would appear as your looking up and down the neck.

What I have tried is created two powerpoints with just the images, 1 image per slide. Then made a new powerpoint and inserted the image-powerpoints as objects on one slide. However, when I scroll over them, nothing happens. But when I click on on of them, that powerpoint opens in full screen and I am able to scroll up and down the stack of images in just that one stack.

Any way to do this?

The video above is of a CT, made up of a stack of images and that you scroll through. I am trying to do that on a powerpoint slide so that i can have an MRI and a CT on the same slide, and scroll up and down on each to compare them. Hope that makes more sense?

Default stacking images

I'm trying to do the same thing. Tried using PACStacker, but doesn't seem to be working for me in Powerpoint 2013. I can create and add a stack into a Powerpoint slide, but it shows only the top image and I can't select or scroll through the stack. Have you had any luck?
