I'm stuck on backing out of bullets
My presentation has bullets, fairly normal, and sub-bullets, fairly normal. I can't figure out how to move back from the sub-bullet to the bullett, to the main heading.
Once in in the bullet field, each time I hit enter or backspace, I can't go back. I am new with this, so I assume it's fairly simple. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx o. bbbbbbbbbbbbb o. ccccccccccccccc a. mmmmmmmmmm b. rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Now, after the last r above, How do I go back one step at a time to get to the o. level or to the X level????? |

Have you tried the left or the up arrow key? P for previous should also work
EDIT I probably misunderstood! SHIFT TAB might be what you want Last edited by JohnWilson; 08-27-2015 at 09:57 AM. |

Have your tried the 'decrease indent' button? It should be on your menu bar. Just press enter (you will get a bullet) then press the decrease indent button until you get to where you want to be. Good Luck!

Another go around. Type your list first -then add bullets. Use the "view format palette" option for the increase and decrease indent buttons. PP can be annoying at times.
